Q: Do I have to be a member?
A: No!  You do not have to be a member.

Q: Isn’t Costco all Bulk?
A: Not Even!  Total misnomer.  Tons of stuff is sized for weekly purchase/

Q: What do you carry?
A: Over 2000 products including Produce, Dairy, Meats, Seafood, Frozen, Deli, Diapers, Dry Goods, Canned, Paper products, Health & Beauty, Vitamins, Feminine, Razors.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Everything is 100% returnable and refundable!

Q: Do you have Organics?
A: Yes we have Organics … Costco is the largest purveyor of Organics in the world. And we also have Gluten Free, Dairy Free, GMO Free, hassle free, time-wasting-free!

Q: How does the Ordering and Delivery Work?
A: Just like any other commerce website with products.  Fill your cart … set up your account … check out.  Order by SUNDAY midnight and your goods show up at the designated pickup location.  Currently, you can pay when you pick up or pay online.

Q:  What if I am staying at Franz Klammer Lodge, Telluride Lodging or other property and I want it delivered to my door?                                                                                              A:  For Franz Klammer Lodge, we coordinate with member and concierge services to make sure your order gets to your suite.  Please pay online.

A:  If you are with Telluride Lodging or visiting and otherwise expect delivery to your vacation location there is an additional $50 charge for delivery to your door that is due at the time of drop off.  This is in addition to the “Shipping Fee” on your order form.  Please, however, pay the initial order online with a credit or debit card.

NOTE:   In the memo field of the order form, please write ” Franz Klammer” or “Telluride Lodging” of “wherever” AND your arrival date. That way we can coordinate with your concierge and make sure your order reaches your home or suite.

Q: Where and when is pick up?
A:  Specific times will be emailed.  Each person that orders will be emailed the pickup times as pickup day approaches.

Q: What if I am going to Telluride on vacation and I do not arrive until Friday or Saturday and I want to use South’s Market to get us stocked with everything we need?
A: No Problem! Just shoot us an email to john@SouthsMarket.com or a call at 970-708-9777 and we will figure out how to make it work for you. We do this all the time.

Q:  How do you know where I want my pick-up to be?
A:  Use only these five zip codes in the SHIPPING ADDRESS and that tells us where you pick up.  Montrose/81401, Ridgway/81432, Gunnison/81230, Crested Butte/81225 and Telluride/81435   … it’s that simple.  We take it from there!

Q: What does it cost?
A: All the products have prices right next to them so you know what you are paying and can compare to your shopping choices.  A “Shipping Fee” of 10% is added automatically to the “Shipping” line in the cart/closeout.  This 10% fee caps at $35.   If you are requesting service to your door, an additional $50 is due at the time of delivery.

Q: Is there a minimum order?
A: No.  Order one item … Order 100 items.  No minimums.  No penalties for ordering small or huge.

Q:  Why would I do this?  I only shop local.
A:  Well…we are local and Costco is our wholesaler…just like Clark’s or City Market and Mountain Market use Unfi, Western Family, Sysco, US Foods, Shamrock and the-you-name-it-Food-Corp-company to truck things in from all over the country or world.  Costco is known for quality.  Sure, real local is your local farm.  That’s the real thing.  Use our service to supplement, then, with lots of quality stuff you can’t get “Locally.”

Q: What about taxes?
A: Tax is different for Montrose, Telluride, Ridgway, Gunnison and other towns.  Tax is applied at the rate based on the pickup location, and it is paid to the proper town/county/state every quarter.

Q: What if I order then realize I forgot something?
A: Simple…just place another order with the single item you forgot.

Q: I am a nonprofit or a business…what then?
A: No problem … we have a resellers license.  Just give us your tax exempt number and you won’t be taxed.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: Cash and checks and debit cards are preferred.  (Why?  Because the “Too Big To Fails” take a percentage for credit cards.)

Q: What if I have a large order for catering an event?  Can I still place an order online?
A: Yes absolutely. Simply add the quantity amount within the shopping cart. You can pick up your large order directly at pickup. Once you reach pallet size orders its best to contact us first to check lead times and pricing.

Q:  Do you service both Commercial and Residential customers?
A:  Yes!

Q: Isn’t Costco just like Sam’s Club?
A: Not even close…seriously different…try this service a couple of times for your favorite stuff and see the difference.
A: The Costco/Kirkland Signature Brand is world renowned for their quality control and selection and having incredible employees.  Sam’s Club has the same suppliers and culture as Wal-Mart.

Q: Isn’t Costco all about bulk?
A: Look closer … some is volume based … tons is not … you can shop here with us at South’s Market every week or every other week and save big $.  Already we have singles, couples and small families are ordering regularly. Some order weekly.

Q: Why are these prices different from Costco’s?
A: Everything is marked up variably with the goal of keeping your average shopping bill or average cart 20% or so below Montrose …  and 50% or so below Telluride, Ridgway and Crested Butte.   In a recent price comparison at City Market, we found you are paying 46% too much if you shop there!  Costco is our wholesaler, so we still kill it value-wise and with the great Costco quality.  If you currently spend $600 per month, then you can have $3600 – $7200 extra in your pocket at the end of the year….and countless relaxing days since you save all that time.  (Better than a sharp stick in the eye!)

Q:  Sounds like a scam … how do I know you’re legit?
A:  You don’t pay me until you get your food.   Try ordering just one thing. Check out the Testimonials.  (If you are vacationing, however, please pay online since we may have a hard time hooking up when you get here.)

Q: What is KS?
A: KS is the Kirkland Signature Brand.  This is Costco’s brand label that is synonymous with Quality.  Sometimes they own it.  Sometimes it’s a private or white label.  Always it is top shelf.

Q: What if the time doesn’t fit my schedule?
A:  Don’t worry, every customer with special pickup constraints has been satisfied. You will be too!  Refrigeration makes your pickup flexible.

Q: Do I have to commit to multiple orders?
A: No.  However, you can shop here as frequently as you like.

Q: Do you know what you are doing?
A: Yes … I have worked with Costco for total of four years here in Colorado, as well as Idaho, Montana and North Dakota.
A: I have provided this service for over 160 weeks now in multiple locations, and since January 2015 right here in our area of Colorado.

Q: Are you Crazy?
A: Yes.

Q: What if I would rather spend more money and blow my entire day burning gas and shopping instead of skiing, napping, biking, reading or seeing my kid’s game?
A: Are you crazy?

Q: What if I order something Costco does not carry?
A: I will do my best to substitute it with something similar.  You are not required to buy the substitution.  I will give you your money back on the spot or your card is easily credited in a couple days if necessary.

Q: What if I don’t like your substitute?
A: Just tell me and I will take it back. You won’t have to pay for it.

Q: What if I want something that I know Costco carries but I do not see it on your list?
A: Just include it in the “notes” field and we will do our best to find it.

Q: When do I order?
A: Order anytime before midnight Sunday each week for a  Tuesday,Wednesday or Thursday delivery…depending on where you live.

Q: Do you deliver Fresh goods?
A: Yes…refrigerators and freezers are used to take care of everything

Q: I want to blow my day and money shopping far away and/or paying extra.
